How Do I See A Property I'm Interested In? Call or E-mail us and after a few pre-qualifying questions we will email, fax or mail you a rental application. After reviewing application we will schedule a showing. If you like the property we then charge the $35 application fee.
If I'm Interested In A Property How Do I Apply? You will already have filled out a rental application. If you like the property we then charge a 35.00 non-refundable application fee per social security number. All adults who live at the property must fill out an application. No exceptions! We will then run an employment check, credit check, and background check on all applicants.
What Happens After My Application Is Approved? After we contact you that you are approved ( usually in 1 or 2 business days) you will have 24 hours to sign the lease and give us your security deposit.Before moving in you will have to pay 1st months rent with a cashiers check or money order, after that just mail us a personal check. Do You Allow Pets? Some properties allow pets others do not. There are restrictions on type, size and weight on properties that do. If pets are allowed renter must sign a pet lease, and pay a $200 non refundable pet fee. Pet rent is $25 dollars per month per pet.
